DESCRIPTION Made in Australia using silk cotton upper and rayon spandex skirt and lining. The shirt has a removable waist tie that can also be worn as a bow around the neck leaving the dress more relaxed. The batwing sleeve also has a split design detail under the arm and center back. The back of shirt upper has a relaxed blousy silhouette which contrasts nicely against the skimming but still relaxed skirt silhouette. Gail suggests wearing it as a dress or as a shirt layer.
