DESCRIPTION Made in Australia using silk cotton upper and rayon spandex upper shirt lining. The shirt has a removable waist tie with side seam loops. The batwing sleeve also has a split design detail under the arm and center back. The back of shirt upper has a relaxed blousy silhouette which contrasts nicely against the skimming but still relaxed lower longer shirt/skirt. Gail suggests wearing it as a dress or as a longer shirt layer. It works well under the Wild At Heart Skirt (seeing the shirting instead through the tulle). The shirt also looks more relaxed left untucked over the Veils Pant.
